Deryn Stewart Clinics
OHHA will be hosting clinics with Deryn Stewart
on the following dates:
Sunday, August 9th
at the Scott's farm in Drumwright, OK
and
Saturday & Sunday,
September 12th & 13th at the
Payne County Expo Center in Stillwater, OK
(Please note---depending on interest, this clinic
will be either a one day or two day clinic. If
there is enough response to hold lessons on both
dates it will be a two day clinic, otherwise it will
be scheduled for one day.)
Clinic lessons will be private lessons lasting from
50-60 minutes and the cost is $50.00 per lesson.
Lessons are available on a first reserved with full
payment basis.
There are no stabling facilities at Scott's farm, so
attendees will be working out of their trailers.
Stabling will be available for the September clinic
in Stillwater. Stalls will be $20.00 for the
weekend.
Please keep in mind, these are not
clinics to hitch your horse/pony for the first
time. Deryn will be available for long-lining
and/or driving instruction. The September
clinic dates in Stillwater will have access to the
hazards on the marathon course. If anyone is
planning on entering the CDE and would like an
opportunity to school hazards with instruction, this
would be a great time to take advantage of it. The
marathon course will be closed as of September 30th,
30 days prior to the CDE.
The clinic will be open to OHHA members. If
you are not currently a member, please join OHHA
prior to the clinic date.

620-627-2327. Remember, your lesson slots will not
be reserved until your payment for the lesson(s) has
been received. Please mail your clinic fee(s) to
Linda at: 1926 CR 5200, Elk City, KS 67344. If
interest is greater than the slots available (8 per
day) a waiting list will be kept. If you do enter
the clinic and have to cancel prior to your lesson(s)
it will be your responsiblity to find someone else
to take your lesson slot and reimburse you your
fees, otherwise you will forfiet your payment.
